In this role, Allender will be responsible for driving sales and expanding opportunities for professional services and health IT optimization consulting. She will also serve as a trusted partner and collaborate with business leaders to ensure customer satisfaction and superior quality standards are met in the delivery of services.

Prior to Leidos, Allender was Senior Managing Director, Delivery Services at Jacobus Consulting, where she was responsible for the development and operations of the division as well as growth, profit and loss management, and quality delivery. She previously served as Director of Professional Services, Epic Practice and Senior Consultant/Manager at Beacon Partners, and Physiologists, Cardiopulmonary Department, Epic Implementation Project Team at NorthShore Health System.
