Section 16 Reports

Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 requires Leidos directors and executive officers to report their ownership and transactions in Leidos stock by filing Form 3 (Initial Statement of Beneficial Ownership of Securities), Form 4 (Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership) and Form 5 (Annual Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership) with the Securities Exchange Commission.
