Code of Conduct
All of our employees, including our executive officers, are required to comply with the Leidos Code of Conduct, which describes our standards for protecting Leidos and customer assets, fostering a safe and healthy work environment, dealing fairly with customers and others, conducting international business properly, reporting misconduct, and protecting employees from retaliation. This code forms the foundation of our corporate policies and procedures designed to promote ethical behavior in all aspects of our business. In addition, our principal executive officer and our senior financial officers are also subject to the Code of Ethics for Principal Executive Officer and Senior Financial Officers, which contains additional policy guidelines and procedures relating to legal and ethical standards for conducting our business.
Our directors also are required to comply with a Code of Business Conduct of the Board of Directors intended to describe areas of ethical risk, provide guidance to directors, and help foster a culture of honesty and accountability. This code addresses areas of professional conduct relating to service on the Leidos board, including conflicts of interest, protection of confidential information, fair dealing, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Ethics at Leidos
Leidos is committed to the highest standards of business ethics. This commitment is clearly established in our Code of Conduct and through our credo, mission, and values statements. These statements dedicate Leidos to high ethical standards in the achievement of our corporate goal of delivering superior performance to our customers. Leidos provides at least eight different channels through which employees can seek assistance or disclose ethical or compliance concerns. These include all levels of management and Human Resources, the Employee Ethics Council, the Ethics Line, the Leidos Hotline, the Leidos general counsel, the vice president for Ethics and Compliance, the Audit Committee chairperson, the lead director of the board of directors, and the chairman of the board. Employees are encouraged to use any of these channels at any time. No matter which channel is used, each concern is taken seriously and thoroughly reviewed and investigated as deemed necessary.
